Literally just got a haircut by the manager none the less. She kept me facing away from the mirror and cut my hair and told me she was done and I thought it felt good so went and paid and left a tip. Immediately went to the bathroom too look at it. And there wasnt hardly anything taken off the top the sides have little hairs sticking out and a lump on the right side instead of faded and its not that short all together. So I went back and asked if she could make it shorter because I didnt like it. And she said what do you wanna be bald? And I had my son and daughter with me and didnt wanna say anything to embarrass them. So I walked away very upset and called to ask for a refund because I didnt wanna embarrass my daughter by going back and the manager proceeded to argue with me. 31 dollars

We went in earlier tonight to get my fiance's hair cut. No appointment and pretty close to closing and the lady there was super nice! Told him to come right in and sit down. She made sure to ask him exactly how he wanted it, and if he liked it when she was finished. Idk her name but will definitely be back!

Will not be back. Scheduled a cut with wash and they cut my hair dry, straight out of the bun so the curl from the bun was still present with root elevation. Did not part it. Ripped through it with a wire pin bush. Did not ask if I wanted layers, face framing, etc and then wanted to know if I wanted my dirty hair curled or straightened. To which I said no, washed. The shampoo she used stunk so bad it gave me a headache and turned my hair to straw. She also rubbed the same spot repetitively but got no where else, then rubbed it into my length like she was cleaning a horses tail. Apparently it was a clarifying shampoo. She did not use a moisturizing conditioner, and rubbed what she did use, into my scalp, not the length, which you never do with really long hair (mine is past my waist). After

I did not get the name of the lady that did my hair this evening but she did an absolutely amazing job. She had a tattoo on her hand that we talked about because I was discussing getting one done on my hand. Great communication. Awesome skills. Went above and beyond on my trim and under shave.

Charity Martin is amazing! I had a green tint in my hair after swimming in the pool, and she completely saved it.
