I enjoyed the experience they didn’t talk to me the whole time unless I talked first which was nice but when it came time to pay she said $95 I got a mani pedi with a design I was expecting it to be no more than $60. She apparently did shellac. Which I didn’t ask for nor was I informed she was doing this. She also did the deluxe pedicure which I didn’t ask for and I didn’t realize cause it wasn’t the same as the deluxe I’d had done before. But she was kind enough to let me pay $70 and leave. I think she realized it was her mistake not mine. And honestly the work done wasn’t worth $95

The service was good everyone was friendly but they need to ask before hand when doing a pedicure and explain this will be deluxe. I got a full set of acrylics and white tips on my toes they look great. But when I got up to pay I was told $100. I done the math before hand and didn’t plan on paying more than about $80 for both. I was then told I got a deluxe pedicure since I picked out a scent packet from a basket for the pedicure tub that the lady handed me. Since I picked one that made it a deluxe service and I didn’t ask for one or was informed that picking that would make it a deluxe pedi or I would not have done that. The price was not the issue here it was that I did not ask for that service and received it without my knowledge and then was charged for it.

I love having my nails done at Creative Nails. I have been using them for years when I was in Oklahoma visiting family. Now that we live in Poteau, my husband and I both go there for pedicures. The ladies are terrific and the service is good. All of the equipment is cleaned well and the tools they use are sanitized. Great local business!

Annie took great care of me! 8/2/23 Annie did a fabulous job with my nails and Kendra did wonders with my pedicure! Probably the best pedicure I’ve had.
