Not impressed. This place is a joke! Scheduled an appointment for a perm, prior to sitting In the chair I asked the girl (Chloe) how much experience she had doing perms. She claimed she does them all the time - but just how things started off I had a feeling that was not the case. Once she took the rods out, I had strands that were still straight! She got another hair stylist that was there to have her look at it. They told me to come back in two weeks if the curls didn’t get more defined. The next day I called and asked to speak with the manager (I believe the manager I spoke to said her name is Arianna.) She told me she was filled in already about the situation; she believed who did my hair didn’t mix the activator in. Said if that’s the case I could come in before the two weeks to have

Very pleased with the service! My son struggles with sensory processing and ADHD so haircuts are always a hard time with him but the staff was super patient and understanding with him and he had the best experience! Thank you so much!

First time here. First Ladies haircut in 6 months for this Senior Citizen with disabilities. Lauren is an excellent stylist. Great haircut! No wait time and a place to accommodate my Rollator. More importantly she was kind and considerate. Another 5 stars! Thank you.

I just have to say I love Lauren Alysia! I haven’t had my hair done a lot because I haven’t trusted people due to a bang cut incident that made me look like Courtney Cox off of Scream Two movie. Anyways back to describing my amazing hair stylist, not only was it the amazing transformation she gave my hair but the personality she has, the knowledge she had about the picture on my phone of the style I had that I didn’t even know that I picked. All around so pleased with her. Every time I COME BACK I WANT IT TO BE HERE THAT DOES MY HAIR. I wouldn’t want it any other way. Thank you Lauren you are AMAZING ❤️
