Valicity was great. I have not been to a salon in over a decade and she made me feel comfortable right away. She explained everything and did not push conversation but let it just flow naturally. Will definitely go back, possibly even for new color highlights.

She did a great job at making sure the color took nicely with my hair. My hair was all dead before but after it looks so much healthier. I have long hair so I really appreciate her doing my hair for me, it looks amazing. Thank you 😊.
