My stylist was very respectful and I loved her conversation. She actually made me feel like I was a friend not just another person and that is why I will be going every 2 weeks. Thanks for making my day great

I got my roots touched up. She did the right color. I'm used to a much better quality experience, even at Walmart. The chairs there are crooked & broken, the staff doesn't have the items they need in order to do a good job, the sink plumbing doesn't work well. I have long hair, and when I've gone to most salons, there is a board that they use in order to color or do highlights, and they don't have anything like that. It's bare minimum. They could probably buy that out-of-pocket but I digress.They say the owner refuses to fix anything as everything is breaking down all around them. I've been to other Smart Style Salons that are much cleaner, chairs not breaking down, washing my hair out was uncomfortable at best. She obviously didn't like me & made me feel unwelcomed. Absolutely horrible! Chopped my daughter's hair. Asked for 2 inches off got four and looks like a child cut their own hair. We're both in tears. Never ever again! Daisy was the stylist. I dont think you care at all. After I posted my review, I read many more with the same complaints and yet nothing has been done about it. My daughter has to wear a hat now because of the haircut she received because she is self conscious about how it looks. Just another worry for this out of state mom.
