These guys always do a great job.! Of course I have my favorite stylist. But I'm not gonna tell you all who she is, because I'm stingy and don't want her to not be available for me!😁

Horrible experience. Gave the stylist multiple angles of the same haircut I wanted & have been able to get in the past. Stylist couldn't tell or didn't care to even notice my hair texture, cut was 2 - 3 inches shorter than requested, salon was filthy & yet the staff found time to do their own hair instead of wiping down even their own work stations (there were large clumps of hair on the greeting desk) or doing anything to actually help the salon. There was one stylist that had most of the appointments and seemed to know what they were doing. Sad to see one person carrying the salon on her back with absolutely no help from anyone else.

My daughter and I scheduled on the Smartstyle website. When we arrived, there was one hair stylist and she was coloring hair. When we checked in the hair stylist coloring hair let me know she was the only one there and she would be with us when she could. To my surprise we did not wait long and Sara was able to cut my thick hair into a cute pixie and gave my daughter a cute trim with side bangs! All while keeping a smile on her face and treating us kindly! Then she went back to coloring. Sara could have been upset the electronic system failed to recognize she was the only one there and already had a color scheduled. BUT she didn't! Sara is a rock star keep her around!!

Wahkeena was absolutely great! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and did a fantastic job on my hair cut, full color and style! Will be a returning client! Thank you 😊
