Great Clips

I went online to the check in for my son to get a haircut. It said we had to wait 97 minutes. I continued to check it and it was down to 43 minutes. I believe 2nd or 3rd in line. I went to wash my car. After the 10 minute wash, it said 0 minutes until our slot. So it should have said 30 minutes remaining, giving us time to vacuum and get in there. I understand that other people would be able to jump ahead of us and we miss our slot. They had the wait list open for the entire hour after 5pm. I understand they close at 6pm. However I checked online if they were still taking slots for hair cuts. My son is 9 years old. It would take 10 minutes. Maybe 15. We walked in and she declined service because she was alone. Am in town for a wedding, decided at the last minute to get my hair cut. Wow! The girls were so friendly, but better than that I got the haircut I have been asking for for years!! She did it just right, I was so pleased!! Gonna be a long drive (2days) to get my hair trimmed from now on!! This is the place to go for great service & a great haircut!!!! & reasonably priced too… you can't beat it!

Went here twice. Once for me and once for my 2 yr old. They are super friendly and both mine and my babies Hair cuts where done very well. I'll definitely be a return customer. Thank again gals!

Terrible I don't even want to give it 1 star if that was an option they would none terrible service, so called manager acted like she knew what she was doing just to fall short. I don't recommend if you have children that needs a haircut to come to the great clips here in Ontario. They will just yell at your kids. Be mindful on who you let cut your hair or your kids. Beware stay away!

Great team at this location!!! Staff makes sure environment is relaxing and comfortable for the customers.
