My family and I went in a week ago to have 4 hair cuts. We get there and the lady who helped us was overwhelmed already. Never been there before and I didn’t think it would be bad. But I was wrong. She started with me I showed a picture of what I wanted. I had long hair and wanted to cut it short. I did not get what I asked for. I styled my own hair when I got home my fault for that. We have three other hair cuts to do. But my hair is three different lengths. The layers do not blend. One side is way shorter and short layers. Than the other side is long with small layers. The layers in the back are like steps. Nothing matches no matter how I style it. My oldest asked for an inch trim and she took 2 1/2 inch’s off and chopped layers. The next one was a cut and I said just go straight across.

The overland location was inconsistent, until they hired a new manager, Cheralyn..she is very professional, listens to the client, and can solve even complex hair issues! It looks so clean now in there, and she tries to help anyone that comes thru the door without making you feel neglected. Much better environment!

Brandi is an amazing stylist. She always has a great vision for my hair and then she executes perfectly. I highly recommend her

If there was negative stars I would definitely choose that. Trisha was very rude, lacked customer service skills. She trimmed my hair and was asking me questions as if I am a hair stylist. I chose to leave. I didn't know asking for layers was such an ordeal. I interrupted her and her child's lunch, she was hangry! I paid her $28 to trim my hair.

I love how they style my hair. I used to go to downtown for a little bit pricy salon, but I found they might not understand my “ thin it out” very well and encourage me to book another appointment, which I don’t like. The stylist is very talkative and I enjoy the experience here
