Nikki always does an amazing job cutting my hair and does it the way I like it. She visits with you the whole time which you don't find that anywhere else. She's my go to when I need my hair cut. Keep up the great work Nikki!!

My 11 year old son has severe autism and sensory issues and has not been to a professional salon since he was about 5. His last experience was fairly traumatic for him. When we went in to SmartStyles we were pleasantly greeted by Zoey who had not only done an amazing hair cut for my boy but also made him feel so comfortable. She was very personable, attentive to his needs and praised him for being so calm and brave. She even had conversation with him about what he was watching on YouTube and laughed with him, not at him. I am beyond pleased with having had such great service and will definitely be going back. Fabulous job Zoey!! Highly recommend!!

Today my mom went in for an easy trim, and the customer service she received was horrible. She had booked her appointment a few days in advance with whoever was available first. When she got there, she was sitting for at least 15 minutes while the girls there argued about who did her hair. Eventually my mom just left. We will not be returning here.

Came here cause I saw the website says it takes walk ins. Walked in with 45 minutes before they closed and was denied a hair cut . Only 2 girls working and one left to go outside and play on her phone. I was never asked what I was looking to get done. Just cut off with pretty much a no and we can’t help you. Girl that helped me seemed more interested in talking up a storm with the gentleman she was working with. Very disappointed and hopefully they can work on this. Zero stars!

First time having anything done with my hair in 8 years so I was nervous. Just an hour later I left satisfied. Nikki was great and my wallet wasn't emptied. I'll definitely be coming back. Get your hair done here!
