Love all the different things that you can get for the house and yourself or your man. I got 4 different kinds of lip treatment, the water lily springs fine fragrance mist which I love the scent, and I got the Himalayan Oasis body wash + foam bath that I will be trying very soon. Love the scent though.

I’m happy that L Brands didn’t close the Mason City location, but their new location is something to be desired. The staff and products are there, with great personnel and a bountiful array of merchandise, but how it’s presented is the flaw. L Brands didn’t spend any time at all constructing their new location to be inviting. The new location is in the former Christopher & Banks, and it’s obvious. Corporate should have had the Christopher & Banks logo sandblasted, or even painted over, prior to installation of their logo. Instead, you can see the labelscar, and it looks gaudy. And the signage doesn’t even light up, nor is it provided any light shone on the logo at night. The interior is quite large, which is actually pleasant, but you don’t get that ambience that you’re in a Bath &

Employees are very friendly and fun. Very helpful locating products and answering question.

I will not shop at this store anymore. Went with a friend , there was a sign that said buy 3 get 3 free all regular size. So went ahead and did this, went to check out, and only 1 was taking off, ask the clerk it says buy 3 and 3 free. She looks at me like a deer in headlights, goes and gets the manager. She comes out and says that is not our sale. I will not honor it. Not only was she rude and did not try to make the customer happy. Her and clerk said your total is 74. No it's not. I will not buy from here anymore. Not my fault you dont check your signs. Didn't get her name, but very rude.

I always love B&BW but today was really awesome! Kid and hubby free and the ladies that were working were all amazing super nice and helpful!!! Thank you ladies for keep us all safe and helping us get our B&BW fix! You are much appreciated!!!!
