I went in with some anxiety, due to bad experiences in the past at other salons. I told my stylist what I was wanting, and she did exactly that! She put my nerves at ease and was super easy to talk with. Definitely going to be going back!

Great hair cut did it exactly like the way I told him definitely recommend

I was told that in order to cut my hair short in the back I would need to be shaved. I was not pleased with this. She absolutely refused to cut my hair my way. I was just frustrated. I was not allowed to look at the back to see if I liked it. I showed her how much I wanted left and she left more than I wanted. I guess I wasn’t happy. I had this happen once before and I have not gone back to that salon. I do like the convenience of smart style.

I was a walk in customer and the employee working was able to take me right away. She cut my hair the way I like it. She then washed it to get rid of the loose hairs. Then she checked my hair again to make sure there weren't any hairs that got missed. I was well satisfied.

My son has been growing his mullet out for a few years now. After the constant bullying at school, he decided to cut it off before this new school year. As much as I'm going to miss his long hair, I REALLY like his new look! Thank you, Melissa!
