I had a Swedish soft tissue massage with Sarah on 9/23 while on vacation. I went in with a lot of back pain and tightness. I also mentioned to her that I've been dealing with sciatica problems for the last year. I assumed that the massage would mainly be focused on my back since that was the area I highlighted on the paper. The massage mainly was focused on my legs and feet. Before the massage I had back tightness and pain along with no leg pain. When I left, I had the same amount of back tightness and pain. Also, I left with an immense amount of leg pain that goes from my calves to my ankles. Now a week later my pain in my lower leg has not gone away and I'm in a lot more pain then when I came in. Had a massage this past weekend with Heidi. It was just what I needed. She was responsive to my requests and also pushed my body to release some serious tension. I'd go back in a heart beat.

Due to Natalie’s thorough expertise and considerate manner of massage techniques, I haven’t needed to see a chiropractor in years!! Her deep tissue work keeps me moving. I am not a fan of exercising so I am a little sore right after my appointment, but that fades later. I have been a customer for several years and will continue to be as long as she’s in business!!

I have been seeing Natalie for over 5 years on a monthly basis. Her deep tissue massages are incredible and have helped tremendously with my stiff arthritic neck as well as a past hip issue. I always leave feeling so much better and can’t wait for my next appointment.
