Took my 7 year old in with hair down to her bottom and the stylist chopped it off rather than brush it out the proceeded to give her uneven "layers" which is just a chop job. Uneven hair everywhere and at the shortest point is almost to her shoulder on the underside of her hair. Absolutely devastated that this stylist chopped away so much beautiful hair that took years to grow rather than brush out long thick hair after a shampoo that was not asked for because I know the time it takes to properly brush out such long hair. She acted as if she did me a favor by cutting so much off when I specifically stated to keep as much length as possible. I'm heartbroken that a stylist would care so little about anyone's hair let alone a child's hair that clearly cherished the length they worked hard to

Absolutely loved Stormy ! First time getting my haircut in 2 years! I lost my hairstylist a few yrs ago !!! And was afraid to try someone new Stormy rocks I'd recommend her to anybody! I'm in the hair industry myself she knows what she's doing!

I Went to the salon yesterday afternoon and I Was Very Happy With the service I Received by Angel Reeves! I got a color and a trim had a Fantastic Time and Experience! I do Recommend Angel! Very Personable! Thank You Angel! ☺️

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible terrible experience, and manager and district manager could care less. I was told by stylist appointment would take 1 hour, 3 hours later I came out with a terrible hair cut and color all over my clothing, completely drenched from the shampoo experience. I asked for 3 inches off my hair and I got at least 8 taken off and it’s uneven and chunks were taken out. The stylist acted like she was on drugs and had erratic behavior and would go blank for long periods of time then snap at me and say “what are you doing” when I was texting on my phone. She had a guy come in and go in the back room with her in a quick and weird situation. Manager told me other people have complained about her bad hair cuts, behavior and that she acted like she was on drugs,

Had Stormy for a haircut. She was nice and did a great job. Always checking to make sure I was okay with the length. Will definitely be a return customer.
