Shelby is Great! She took me right in. She had empathy for my illness. She was caring and sweet young Lady.

My sister got her hair done my Betty, asked for what she had last time “and showed a picture” she made the layers way to short and it it just looks like it’s two different layers. She was so upset and when we asked for a refund she started to argue and be rude to us. We normally never complain and just go about our day but this really hurt her and made her insecure. Absolutely will never come back and trust someone else who is a “professional” to do her hair.

I went here on a whim, as a walk in. Shelby and Michealena were the stylist on this day. I had a bad experience at a salon in the mall and figured this experience couldn't be worse than that one. Well, I loved it here! Both stylist were very friendly. There is nothing worse then going to a salon and spending hours there with no one really carrying on a conversation with you outside of what you would like to have done. Both girls were very friendly and chatty which made the experience go alot easier. I dont go and get my hair done that often so I don't usually know the proper wording for the things I would like to get done. Michaela was amazing! She listened gave me her professional opinion. I couldn’t be happier! She was quick but precise. She was patient when I changed my mind.

I had Betty the store manager she was very nice I felt very comfortable with her I came in for a cut and layers at the end of the cut I was checking out my hair and she and I discovered my hair wasn’t what I asked for well, one side I feel partly to blame because my hair and part was all over the place I would like to have the side of of hair that truly isn’t right fixed , I paid the cost for the cut and I did give a $10.00 tip I don’t want this to reflect poorly towards Betty she is in agreement the cut needs assistance, thank you, Kimberly Dunn
