Im not happy with the haircut I received, I asked for a fade and leave the top alone and it took 25 to 30 minutes in the chair and it didnt come out right , it DID NOT FADE into the top at all , I paid 30 dollars for something I don't like , if you don't know how to cut a certain type of way don't do it , don't try , my hair dresser may be great at other things , but cutting fades is not one of them and she had to know this before I came in and sat down , its embarrassing what she done to me , I cut have done just as good on myself as what I paid her to do and now its sunday and there's no where else I can go to fix this before work tomorrow so now im stuck going in to work looking like a 3 year old cut my hair , this will b the last time I go there because I cant afford to get my hair cu

Kaitlyn was wonderful! She did a great job on my haircut. She was kind to my 4 young kids- making the experience fun for them. She even brushed my daughters hair and fixed it when my daughter asked. Kaitlyn also noticed uneven front layers which had been from a different beautician's cut and took the time to fix it. Kaitlyn was knowledgeable, kind, attentive and great with the kids. We'll be visiting her again!

I got a perm today and it was Literally so cold that I’m now sick. There is absolutely no heat in the salon. I’ve been there a couple times this winter and froze. The perm solution and neutralizer is cold anyway and with no heat it’s literally unbearable. 2 ladies left while I was there because of no heat. The salon is in the front of the store and when the doors are open to the outside, it can’t be tolerated

My mom and I went in today for her to get a haircut and for me to just get my hair styled. One stylist brought me back and was shampooing and conditioning my hair while the other was talking to my mom about about how she wanted to cut it. All of a sudden, my mom’s stylist freaks out and claims she found lice in my mom’s head and urges my stylist to check mine. She claimed she found some in my head. She tells us to get some lice shampoo and that they can’t do our hair today. Fine. My mom and I get home and go to do our hair and THERE IS NOTHING IN OUR HAIR !!! I checked all over my mom’s hair, had my husband do the same and then the same thing with mine and NOTHING! Not even knits!!
