**update: The manager reached out to me and happily corrected the mistake. He did an amazing job. When I went back to have them fixed, the environment was friendly, relaxing, and helpful with no hostility or negativity. The fantastic attitudes and environment with the amazing nail correction had me staying for a matching pedicure. In today's world, their customer service and quality is unmatched! I will definitely be back and be bringing my daughter. As a mom of 4, one income, i rarely ever spend the money to have my nails done. I went today, showed the guy a Pic. He said he could do the design. I told him I wanted reds rather than pinks. He helped me pick the reds, he even went and got them off the shelf and set them next to us. He didn't even use the reds. Was in town for the day and asked our Hotel front desk lady where she had her beautiful nails done at. She gave rave reviews about this salon. I called to see if I could get a same day appointment for a pedicure and they told me I could head straight in. The pedicure was simply amazing, the man who did it was kind and thoughtful. He took his time and answered any questions I had about the products used. Price was fair and what I am used to in Dayton. Overall I would absolutely recommend. If I ever find myself in WV again I will definitely be stopping by.

The talent, the vibe, the consistency… unmatched. He always makes sure my nails look perfect and that I leave feeling good.
