Don't ever go here for hair coloring. $100 later Horrible Hair. My Wife went into here to get her Dark brown hair lightened. She has long hair just past her shoulders, she told the lady how she wanted it, and the stylist showed her a picture and she said yes this is great. She got home and her hair is horrible, The bottom half or more of her hair is a odd blond orange color and the top is brown, it looks like someone that got there hair dyed and has done nothing to it for years but let it grow out. I honestly have never hated a hair style but I hate this hair color, I'm usually the type to say it'll grow back but this is years of my wife growing her hair and this place did a horrible job. my wife said the stylist turned parts of her hair green then spent forever fixing it. and to be nice

Like any other salon, there is turnover. My experience at Springville Smart Style was fantastic! And it was because of a referral I got. Look for a Stylist that has passion. I think she is still there. She is very experienced , and new to town. I can't remember her name, but I will return! Give her some trust, I've never loved my hair this much. I have a new confidence, and my hair is so easy to take care of! She is from Tempe, Az.and has owned salons there. Looking classy starts with your hair. This is what she said. And she shows it. She is about 40.

Hair stylist vary greatly in quality. Last one couldn't cut a straight line to save her life.... Even after several attempted revisions (eventually ran out of hair to revise) Whent home and buzzed the kids hair in order to fix her job.... Also it seems they can't find people to work evenings or weekends... So check with them before coming instead of believing the posted hours. One wonders how long till wall Mart decides the space is better served by putting something else there.

I went to get my hair done, was there for 5 hours. I was only getting my roots touched up and Grey covered. The first coverage, the roots came out red, and the Grey was not covered, 2nd coverage it looked covered, still a little red but looked covered. One wash and my grey is already showing ...never had a problem like this at my normal salon. I am out 100.00...that's right...100.00 to get my roots done. I have hair down almost to my butt, so I am careful, we'll lesson learned

This is the second time I have done Business here and it will definitely be the last!! Absolutely horrible! The lady did such a bad job at cutting my hair I told her to just completely buz it off. After getting home and looking in the mirror I noticed that she even messed up on buzzing It! I had stray hairs all over my head. It blows my mind that she even has a job. I with I could do zero star rating
