The Fellas Barber Shop Springville

Normally love the Fellas in Payson, but this was our first try at Springville today and I was super disappointed. The cut was completely uneven and longer on one side. After asking her 4 times to have it short enough that it’s not swooping(it was way grown out) she still cut and styled it long and swooping to the side. When I tried to explain what I wanted she wasn’t understanding but told me that she got it that I didn’t want it swooped. Not to mention they did not even wash it! The Fellas cut clearly when booking says that there is a shampoo and scalp massage included. Nor did they do the included hot towel or scalp massage included in the price as stated on their website. Maybe she was having an off day and just wanted to get off work but it’s super disappointing to pay $40 for a haircu

Diamond has never failed to do a perfect haircut. Her attention to detail is amazing! She knew that I was getting engaged and so she had me come in for a special cut where she made sure to take her time and make everything look perfect. Not only the best haircut I've ever received in my life, but Diamond is also just an incredible person!! I'm literally never getting my haircut by another person. 100/10!

Best place ever.. Jesse did my son's hair and it was the best cut by a Barber that 17 yr old has ever had . I was so happy to hear they do women's hair as well. Heather did an amazing job on my cut.. First time ever that the length was perfect, everything was even and I didn't have to go back to get my hair fixed.. Definitely both of us will be staying with them long term..

Went for my very first beard trim I ever had and Kiele was so wonderful. She chatted with me the whole time, was understanding with what I wanted to have done, explained the process to me along the way, and helped educate me on how I can take care of my beard better. I left feeling awesome about the experience and looked great. Thank you for the experience and I look forward to my next visit.

Heather was fantastic! She took the time to listen to what I wanted to do, and gave me an expert haircut, one of the best I’ve had in years. I wanted to leave it a little bit longer, and she did an all scissor cut. I will be back.
