Decent price, not a bad haircut either. I have a lot of callucs and the hairdresser did well handling them the first time ever cutting my hair. I did have to go back after using the bathroom and wetting my hair down to have my bangs cut again, a certain part that was missed. But overall I was happy with the haircut. 4 stars.

Had a wonderful time here. Good Customer service is hard to find these days especially by someone that is respectable . While the manager carsharee was cutting, styling and coloringn my hair I felt as if I was listened to & she understood exactly what I was asking her for . As a African American woman it is so hard to find someone to cater to my color & keeping my curls healthy/happy. I really appreciate you and will be back.

Overall customer service needs a boost, however, my stylist Sarah was pleasant but very inexperienced. The prices are too expensive for the service bc they don't really use salon products. My scalp was very flaky just a few hours after leaving there. I attempted to call several times, no answer and when I stopped by the very next day, they were closed. I was very disappointed with my hair style and scalp especially after specifically advising her beforehand.

My mom is hard of hearing and disabled. i walked In just to check her in at the desk before I said anything the lady said you have to have a mask. I told her I wasnt staying in there and she said you need a mask. I told her some nice so words. I don't need a mask. I told her I didn't need to use her business also. I will NEVER EVER go back there. I went across the street without a mask to Great Clips...she cut moms hair a got a nice tip. Very sweet people at Great Clips.

The stylist was wonderful and there wasn't any waiting which was great since it was my 2 year old getting his hair cut. She listened to me about his fears and talked to him the whole time she was cutting his hair. I was very vague about how I wanted his hair cut yet she still did a fantastic job!
