Called yesterday to make appointment for a haircut and style, left message and phone # never got a call back

Highly recommend The Renaissance. John’s been my stylist for nearly 15 years and I always leave satisfied. His speed and accuracy is still impressive! Several of the ladies have cut my kids hair over the years and we’ve been pleased every time. The welcoming atmosphere is appreciated too! I relocated from the area 5 years ago but happily make the drive back every 5-6 weeks for my visit. Worth every mile!

Would have liked to get my haircut here because the reviews looked good however good luck getting a hold of anyone. Called them before I came in no one answered decided to go in person and check availability on just a simple trim didn’t need anything to much done. They weren’t to helpful they just told me come back the next day someone might be able to get me. Called the next day too before wasting a trip up there and still no answer. Looks like a nice salon but they are so disorganized, slow with responding, and unless you’ve been going here and know your hairdresser it’s impossible getting an appointment.

Brooke Lassiter is a gem. I am a travel RN and booked with her 3 times during my contracts here in Roanoke Rapids, NC. I have been blown away by her skills, knowledge, and treatment of my hair. I wish I could take her with me but I'll have to settle for telling everyone how wonderful she is and that I highly recommend her for all your hair care needs.
