Set up an appointment for Friday March 11 a week in advance, and received a call an hour before the appointment that nobody was available to cut my hair. Set up a new appointment for Saturday March 12, went in about 30 minutes early and the store didn't even open nearly an hour after the advertised time. There is an employee that doesn't even cut hair, only makes calls about appointments and sits around behind the desk. Do not recommend AT ALL unless an official manager is set up to avoid issues like mine.

If giving them a 0 star rating was possibly the disappointment I had in this place all I wanted was a cut maybe 20 minutes at tops I waited for an hour and then left. Walked back through an hour and 30 minutes later still working on the same person. My appointment was at 4pm got there 7 minutes early at 5:03pm I decided there was no point in staying the worker asked at 4:46pm asking what all I wanted all I said was haircut and maybe if possible or had time thinned the girl then said well I’ll try to even do the haircut I’m not sure if I’ll get to you I have someone at 5:45 I’m sorry ma’am but my appointment was at 4 there is not a reason you can’t get to me but then waiting for a clients perm to be done goes and spends 10 minutes in the bathroom instead of finishing previous client or star

Worst experience ever. Had an appointment for 1015am and my daughter didnt get into the chair until 1130. The gal working was apologetic but no reason for the wait. After 1.5hrs with my daughter I was done. Never again will we go there. The haircut my daughter wanted is not what she ended up with. She cried as we left saying she now looks like a boy. Not recommended unless you literally have all damned day to just wait.

The stylist I had can't do modern cuts, one of the young managers saw fit to up and leave during her shift, one stylist took her sweet time on one customer so as not to have to take anyone else and pushed them off on the older lady. When I made my appointment i was told who i was going to be with and when I got there i was pushed off on to the older lady due to the manager leaving and due to the other taking her sweet time, doing more jabbering than work. I was rather disappointed. Bo did my hair, wasn't what I wanted but I didn't mind it.

I will be attending a costume wedding this weekend and decided to get my hair done rather than just a wig. I booked SmartStyle online two days prior to appointment. However, when I showed up at my appointment, the lady said their system was down. She said they couldn't get me in until next week. There was no indication online that booking online was useless.
