The Healing Touch Massage & Medi Spa

My neck and shoulders are usually reallllly bad from too much time on my computer, and I always leave one of my massages with Tiffany feeling 1000% better. I can't recommend Tiffany & The Healing touch enough!

If you've never done a massage before or are not very comfortable with them, don't choose this place. I'll start with some positives: the massage itself was good and did get out some big knots in my shoulders. There was a warm weighted pillow they put on my shoulders which was wonderful. And now for the negatives: There was a severe lack of communication and privacy which would have scared me away from ever getting massages if it was one of the first times I was getting one. Once I got on the table there was no more communication. When it came time for me to flip over she just lifted the blanket (very high) and it was rather uncomfortable. She also didn't respect the boundaries of a certain clothing piece I had on, and went under it. The smaller problems were just that it is not a very rel

I would highly recommend starting with the foot detox, giving it at least 3 to 4xs - followed by nutrition, with the understanding that the needs will change periodically as your body changes. You will feel better with time and have more energy.

I have been seeing Tiffany for a couple of years now for massages (the best by the way) and nutrition testing and was beyond excited when she told me they were going to be offering more services with their medi spa. Amazing service! I literally limped in after overdoing it on a long run and Tiffany was able to pinpoint the problem and work out the issue. Plus, gave me all sorts of tips on how to continue treatment on my own. Five stars all days of the week!
