Got a sub-par haircut but I always leave a tip no matter so I paid cash and she gave me a $10 back, so I asked for her to break it for me so that I could give her a tip and she gave me a five back and kept the other. It 100% shocked me and all I could do was slowly walk away and wonder what the hell just happened. I will never get my hair cut by *said person again, and honestly she should know better.

I walked in for a haircut as Justin, a senior hairstylist, was instructing the class. I was asked to be a hair model and was pampered by the team in a very professional manner and with The utmost care! My cut and color is sensational! Thank you all for a job well done. I am truly blessed!

I wanted to get my hair done and one of the Works said to come back in a hour that she was going to talk to the manager and how to do my hair if you work in a Salon you have to know how to work with different tape of hair they should update the workers at Bainbridge GA. And also there was no one in the Salon. And also told me they couldn't help that day and it was only 11am .it sad to be treated that way.

Walked in 610 today (store closes 7) to be told my hair couldn’t be cut because the lady working there didn’t have cash (I would have paid by credit, and tipped more than the average client). Leave store 640 to see her doing nothing productive on her phone - clearly an employee paid by the hour

Came in at 5:40 for my son haircut I need done before he’s school picture she was sitting on her phone no customer she said she couldn’t attend me due they have to close earlier then 6 haven came her in years hoping the customer service was better I see it’s the same with them
