A visit to serenity spa is always an amazing experience for me. So clean, and welcoming with the nicest staff. Hannah’s facial will leave you feeling brand new. My skin has not looked this good in years and it’s all credit to Hannah. Dr. Philips is amazing and Kelly is always so friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I just can’t recommend serenity spa highly enough. Go check it out.. you will NOT regret it!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I don’t usually do this, but others need to be aware because it might happen to them. My massage appointment was canceled in June with no explanation. Called back in July, and was told there was no openings until August and they would contact me to set it up then. First week of August rolls around and no contact, so I contact them again August 4th to reschedule my unexplained canceled appointment back from the first of June. Finally, August 13th at 1:45 pm was my confirmed appointment. I communicated with someone that I was running behind today (august 13) that I would be a little late. I get there at 1:50, 5 MINUTES after! Keep in mind, I live 30 minutes from the location and have a new baby at home that I changed before I left her with my husband. When
