My mom went to get a haircut with Rosa and asked for several inches to be taken off. Rosa parted her hair in the back, pulled half in front of each shoulder and then hacked it off with the scissors with one cut on each side. She didn’t part the hair into sections or spend time making sure it was even. It looks SO horrible, as you can see from the photos. It’s a literal hack job, and not only is it all hacked up, the right side of her hair is way longer than the left. She also asked for a blow dry, and Rosa said it would be extra, which was fine with my mom, but then Rosa didn’t dry it, and sent her on her way with wet hair.
