Excellent work only thing is all barbers are getting expensive but the quality of work is good and hospitality as well. Need to go back to 20 or 25 a cut

I been calling them forever is they place closed down or ph not working i been all on social media trying to find out is they open& cutting hair they needs some type of form of communication so what i supposed to do pull up i don't even know of they shop is open its says its open but ion don't know n know

Too crowded on weekend, No worker to assign to customer, i have to wait 3 hour or more to get a simple haircut for a kid. They need to hire more worker on weekend. Some of them have reservation even though they not busy turn you down saying thwy wait for another customer while after 1 hour you don't see that customer coming. They need a lot of improvement on the customer management side level

The owner P and his elite team of barbers take pride in their craft to make your experience of getting a hair cut a good one. Providing excellent customer service and if I may say so myself. Consider your head being the canvas..just know their will be a experienced artist cutting your hair with some great clippers as if it was a paint brush. When you get out of the chair you will be considered a walking masterpiece so when you are in public everyone that you run into will be asking where you got your haircut( masterpiece) done. Just say the House Of Phadez with BASS IN YOU VOICE.. U DIGG...

Horrible customer service, no one says anything when you walk in. Like one reviewer said, everyone says they are waiting on an appointment, but no one walks in. Couldn't believe this, they will all walk out of the barbershop and just leave you sitting there. Most horrible customer service I have ever seen, and I get haircuts all over the world, never seen anything like this. If you do not know anyone at this barbershop beforehand, do not go. To add, no mask, social distancing, or anything against covid so if you do go, wear a mask. But as I said earlier, if you do not know anyone, just do not go. I think they all have their own customer base and each Baber are only using their chairs for them, no one new from the outside.
