I was surprised that there was a hair salon in Walmart. I had stopped at Great Clips a block away and the seats were full with people waiting for whatever so I never went in. I walked into Smartstyle and was greeted and seated in minutes. I have had a rough winter and haven't had someone cut my hair since Covid. She was quick, genuinely nice and did a great job on my making my layered 68 year old hair look like I didn't cut it at home. The whole staff was nice and I will be back. Wish I got your name, stylist from Alabama. I appreciate you're kindness.

Our experience with Maria was phenomenal. She was great with my almost two year old, talking with him and working gently and diligently. We were super quick in and out and very satisfied with her work. Will be back!

I love Smartstyle! I have been going there since they opened in Walmart. I won't go anywhere else and the Beauticians there are wonderful. They are friendly, respectful and they are great at what they do. They listen to your needs and answer any questions you may have. I would recommend them to everyone and I also recommend the products that they carry!☺️🥰❤️

The lady that washed and did a deep conditioner treatment was amazing!! The best customer service I've ever had. I will definitely be going back to her! She was alone but made me feel like I was the only customer!!

Just got my hair done yesterday by Tiffany at the Crossville location. It took her 5 hours to do my hair. My hair is long and thick. I did spend a pretty penny but that because of all the things I got done. I got my haircut, layered, and colored with highlights. She also helped me make sure I had the right shampoo and conditioner for my hair. She did amazing and I’m 100% happy.
