My experience was terrible. I walked out with my hair looking like someone took garden scissors to my hair. It was chopped to pieces. I had to go and pay another $40 to another hairsalon to have it fixed. The last picture is what I wanted and the first 5 pictures is what I walked out with. I'll never go back.

I will never be going to the place ever again. I might as well start doing my own hair no offence. It’s not what I asked for at all. I showed the lady a video of what I wanted, this is what I got. I will put it before and after pictures of my hair. At work all the girls have to say that my hair looks choppy and not professional whatsoever. Can’t wait until it grows out we’ll never be trusting anyone to cut my hair ever again. If you care on what your hair looks like, I would not be coming here. Paid $40 without even getting my hair washed, blow dried. The whole time I was getting my hair done, the hairdresser was spraying me in the face constantly. My face was soaking wet, so bad where lash extensions came off after I was doing groceries. Also, may I add the lady kept saying she can’t wait

Great atmosphere and it was aptotunity for the ladies to practice a rarely tought hairstyle. I had a wonderful time even waved at Julie after I was fone my shopping. Great fun and I love the haircut. Even my sister liked it. As she had used this service 2 weeks ago for her bangs.

Did not have an appointment, but was so kind and thoughtful to take me anyway. All I needed was a little bang trim because I couldn't see and my stylist absolutely nailed my preferred bang style. I can see again!! Woo hoo! Thank you so much!!

Had a great experience. Walked in for highlights and lowlights and a trim. Was approached right away and booked in. I was in and out of the salon in 2 hours and so so happy with my results. Thank you smart style. I will be back for sure.
