I went in for a treat for myself after having highlights in to become more blonde. I will insert photo below of before and after. I was heartbroken when I seen the results. I absolutely hate it. It was no where near what I had wanted and I didnt have high expectations, I just wanted more blonde highlights and instead I walk out with orange on the top of my head and ashy brown for the rest. The first photo is what I had going in, mind you I did have some roots come in by the time I went in but this is absolutely horrible. I now have these orange strips through my head and I somehow am more brown than blonde so now im 2 steps backwards after spending almost 300 dollars for this. This is heartbreaking to me. I feel like I just wasted 300 dollars when id rather what I had before going in. I on

Rose really listened to my concerns regarding my need to chop alot off, but also my need to put my hair in a high bun, and often two braids. She did an amazing job! Will be returning.

Literally nobody listens anymore to do their job. I’ve been here a bunch of times this year have tried giving them second chances and every time they prove themselves that they are incompetent. I’ve been with every stylist not one really listens at all. Half the time I wasn’t getting what I originally wanted. Stained my $700 Gucci glasses. Tell me how glasses get stained after you’ve washed everything out? Be careful. Care a little more. Hair stylists was too busy focused on whatever the hell she wanted to do after work that my hair didn’t even look good styled and was greasy. I got upcharged for this service…. To hear the younger girl complain about beer money after work with her husband above. Good to know where my tips go lol.

I have been trying to call in and get a price range on how much it is to get my hair dyed, and they where the only place in cornwall to answer their phone! It's nice knowing I can still check in somewhere.
