I was a walk in, stylist looked young but I put my prejudice aside and gave her a shot. Glad I did because she gave me a great cut. Definitely would recommend SmartStyle.

As a retired hairstylist I was extremely pleased with Veronica who gave me a shampoo, haircut, blowdry and curling iron. Will definitely go to her again. She does EXCELLENT work!

I finally was able to speak with Veronica the manager and she agreed to let me come in on Monday and see if my regular stylist Marci could still get the cut I wanted and if not I'm willing to let Marci give me another sexy type shag cut so I'm sure all good things well come of this for all parties involved and I'm completely please with the outcome and thank you all for the great service you provide Martha Woodrome I've called police to file a report there is not much they can do but did suggest calling corporate offices and or filing a civil suit against the salon First of all when I called to schedule an appt for a haircut suddenly I was no longer in their system and I used my name and same number so I made appt I was not told with whom I got there stood at regist

Marci was very good. She listened to how I wanted my hair cut, and took time after to check it after to make sure it was right & that she didn't miss any hairs. She is meticulous and very nice. My hair looks, and feels, great!

Absolutely LOVE Veronica!!! This was my first time here. She took her time and communicated with me through the entire cut. She will definitely be my go-to hairdresser from now on.
