Wow, what a gem of a medspa/salon! I had my first appointment 4 days ago and it was just really nice. Everyone there was relaxed, the staff are all friendly but still professional. When you walk in, you can immediately sense that you're going to be in the hands of people who know their craft and care about making you happy with the results. And that's exactly my experience. I had a Xeomin Botox treatment with Kelsie and it was perfect. She's a real star of a medical professional. She listened to my concerns, asked the right questions and had some really helpful advice. I'm no stranger to Botox and I walked out more than happy with the experience-- and the price. My next appointment is going to be for a cut and style with one of the stylists who was there. Paid for my wife to get her eye lashes done by Brandy Prescott. She was very professional and was very informative. Answered any questions or concerns that my wife had. She did an amazing job on her eyelashes and my wife is very happy about them. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I was referred to Chatty Shack for facial treatment. I booked with Kelsie Pate, FNP for the first time and I was very happy with my facial service, price was reasonable for the type of work done for me. She also does cosmetic services just what I've been looking for, I look forward to working with her and she helping me with my skin care needs. Love the atmosphere very relaxing and easy to find location, will be doing other beauty treatments they offer.
