I took my child in for a relaxer. She got the virgin relaxer. Only her roots were relaxed. The rest still basically natural. Asked for a roller wrap. It was still wet when she came from under the dryer and her hair was frizzy. I asked her could she fix it she told me it would be extra to flat iron. I don’t understand why I have to pay more to fix something that went wrong on her end. My baby had pictures today and it look like she got a bad silk press. I’ve called over 20 times today. No answer. No call back. She took a picture at the beginning but not at the end because she know it was not giving. I shouldn’t have to go home and fix anything after paying over a 100 dollars. Very fast, professional, and accommodating. I was nervous to get my hair done here because it’s in Walmart and I get uncomfortable with people staring at me, however, I was very comfortable and my stylist was friendly and fast. The price I paid was also amazing! Thank you!

The Stylist was concerned about pleasing me, asking questions about my hair texture and the style I wanted. After our 3-5 minutes Conversation I felt strongly about her concerns and that I will be satisfied at the end of the service.
