Want to start off by saying it takes a lot for me to want to write a negative review. I called for a consultation and I received the rudest reception from the woman that answered the phone. I asked if the practice accepted any form of financing like CareCredit and she said yes but nobody uses it in a snippy condescending tone. I understand what part of town this is in but still there are ppl who have a need to use financing. From that experience I was completely turned off from coming to this practice. Not gonna lie I felt offended and like I wasn’t welcome at this practice cause I wanted to use financing. This review in no way is a reflection on the doctor or other medical staff.
