I have been coming to these women since they first opened doors here in Groton. I was a customer of theirs from when they were a part of the Crystal Mall in Waterford, so I’ve been a customer for about 15 years! They are the only women that do my brows. They know exactly how I like them, and I am extremely picky. They take their time with me which really makes me happy, ensuring they grab every last hair. AND my brows always last a good 3 weeks, for $12! Can’t beat that! Will always recommend.

I have had two appointments here for facial threading. I loved how my eyebrows came out. In addition to the threading, I had her tint them and it made a huge difference. I had never had it done before. My face was smooth and clean. Be aware, however, that it is a bit uncomfortable. The results are worth it in my opinion.

Consistently the worst eyebrows threading business I have ever been to. I came a few times, there was one lady who did them very well. The other times, the lady makes my inner eyebrow too short and far in. I had to stop coming.

I have never had my eyebrows done before, I always have just done them myself, but I decided to get them professionally done (threaded), and I could not be more happy! The lady who did my eyebrows was the sweetest! She did an amazing job! So happy with how they look. Also, fairly priced as well. I can’t wait to go back. I’d recommend to anyone!

My friend told me about this place: “Smart Threading Salon”. I read reviews about this place online also. It’s opposite the Big Y in Groton, so lots of parking spots around. Sejal was the lady who I saw. Quick eyebrow threading, upper lip threading and other services such as body waxing. Reasonable priced and they do henna/mehndi too. They have an ATM machine. They accept cash and card. I suggest walk in. Don’t message on FB, they don’t respond or phone in as the lady whom I spoke to didn’t understand and hung up on me. Beside these mishaps the service I received when I walked in was very good.
