Zero stars if that were an option. My friend had an absolutely terrible experience at this salon. She was given a full quote upfront, agreed to it, and paid in full. After spending seven hours there, the manager suddenly came over and said she owed more money because the assistant made a mistake. She had already been charged $700, and they tried to demand almost $400 more after the service was completed. That is completely unacceptable. A customer should never be responsible for a salon’s internal errors—especially after a price has already been agreed to and paid. To make matters worse, the owner is now harassing and stalking my friend, repeatedly contacting her over money she does not owe. Every single time I get my hair done here, it’s an amazing experience. I’ve been coming for over 6 years, and the staff has always been welcoming, professional, and kind. Lucero, in particular, is absolutely incredible. It’s so hard to find a truly good hairdresser—someone you can trust—and Lucero always gets it right. She listens, she cares, and she consistently delivers exactly what I want (and somehow makes it even better). I always leave feeling confident and happy with my hair. Highly recommend this salon and especially Lucero. Once you find her, you won’t go anywhere else!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sleek Society Salon for a hair makeover, and I must say, it was an experience beyond expectations. They never disappoint! The ambiance of the salon is relaxing and elegant, creating the perfect atmosphere for a pampering session. My stylists Lucero and Fabiola were a true artist. She took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences before suggesting a style that would complement my features perfectly. Honestly I’m disappointed. It was my first time dying my hair it was virgin hair. I made my appointment for 1:30 and left around 7. I showed the picture I wanted and everything and within those 6-7 hours I was there I was told we didn’t have time to finish the process. I was told that my hair would fall out if we continued to put bleach so she gave me a completely different look. Don’t waste your money here. Here’s what I wanted and what I got. I’m still looking into speaking with the owner to resolve this issue but I haven’t got a response on the situation on Instagram. I don’t even want to go back to fix my hair.

I’m a little late posting my review… but better later than never! Jimmy did an excellent job with the coloring & cut of my hair! I had no referrals & had just randomly found him off of social media as I was drawn to his work. My hair color/balayage needed some TLC & he took care of it beautifully! I told him what I wanted & how I usually keep it & it was like he could read my mind & my vibe. I’d highly recommend booking him for any of your coloring/cut needs!
