Honey listen the experience was a 10/10 and I was a walk-in. Niesha made me feel so comfortable. She answered all of my questions even offered snacks. I love my natural hair and everything about the experience. I will be back.

I came here for the first time about 3 weeks ago and the service was amazing. I got a keratin treatment for the first time and the stylist made sure to pay special attention to my scalp because of heat trauma. 10/10, will definitely be coming back.

WARNING: These people will cut your hair even if you don't request it..then.charge you for it! I had a consultation a week before the appt with specific instruction to the stylist. And 10 minutes before the appt. I gave specific instructions when I walked in with my "adult"child. After the clips came out, we noticed how short her natutal hair was in the back. When confronted they offered a 20.00 trim refund with no apology. The store managered argued me down. At the end of the discussion, I said ok. See you in a month for the next appt. I had a wedding to go to. I made an appointment on line. It did not go through. I stopped by the day before the appt to confirm the appt. Then I called 3 hrs before the appt and I was told that my daughter and I were both blocked. That is just too petty

Jovan is absolutely AMAZING!!! He did my hair for the Monica & Brandy concert and babe it was soooo right! His hands are blessed!

Javon is my stylist and he is great. I’ve only been here about 3-4 times but each time he ask me do I have any concerns, made suggestions and always lets me see how much he needs to trim before he cuts my hair. He sings 🤣 and he’s a good laugh. I enjoy my experience.
