I’ve been a loyal client here for years, always booking my appointments out for the entire year. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was told last minute that I’d be required to pay for a full set even though I only needed a refill. I just had my lashes done a week prior while I was out of town. This didn’t make sense, as I already had a full set of lashes in great condition. Previously, they had no issue working with existing lashes when I first became a customer, so the sudden change in policy felt inconsistent and unfair. What frustrated me most was being informed only a day before that I’d need to come in earlier and pay significantly more. A refill is quicker, requires less work, and should not be treated the same as a brand-new set.

I’m so glad I found Christine! She has such gentle hands that make the whole process super relaxing, and my lashes have never looked better. They last so much longer compared to other lash places I’ve been to, and I get complimented on them all the time. She’s very professional and always on time with appointments, and you can really tell she takes her time and cares about the quality of her work. The studio itself is also very clean. Highly recommend!

The waiting area is very cute decor. I had my eyebrow tint with Elly. Unfortunately they are not identical, They are 2 different shapes. I went with the natural look. One side have more of an under arch .

Henry has an outstanding touch. He caters to one’s individual needs each time. He’s always honest as well as to what would look good or not so much. I highly recommend.

Hailey did a phenomenal job with my lashes! She was professional, meticulous, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. My lashes look absolutely stunning full, natural, and perfectly styled. The studio was clean and had such a relaxing atmosphere.
