This place is not what people expect from a professional massage spa. Based on what I experienced and observed, the communication alone raised serious concerns about professionalism. The moment you ask who is available, the response focuses on descriptions like “Asian young ladies” or “Latina ladies,” which immediately felt inappropriate and unrelated to legitimate therapeutic services. That alone made the environment questionable. From what I understood, what is presented as a standard massage may not reflect the full nature of what is actually being offered. Great spa! I've been here a few times and each time I've been greeted warmly by their friendly staff and was given an excellent, relaxing massage. They are very skilled and each had a great attitude. The spa is modern and very clean - a really comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Sky is my preferred place to visit. It is clean with high hygiene and shower is available. The most important thing is that their masseuses are skilled, they will give you a rejuvenating treatment.

This is a hidden gem in Hayward! Michael was skilled pressing every right acupuncture points relaxing my tired body. I walked out refreshed.
