I had an incredible facial experience with Gigi.From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Her expertise was evident as she customized the treatment to address my specific skin concerns. The atmosphere was soothing and her attention to detail was impressive. I noticed a significant improvement in my skin's texture and glow. I highly recommend Gigi for anyone looking for a professional and rejuvenating facial. After the treatment she recommends product and her brother who is the receptionist who is super friendly and welcoming just like Gigi rings you up and then sends you a step by step on how to apply the product. I had a few questions on my product and Gigi was super fast to answer which i love being able to communicate with the person that provided the treatmen

Gigi was extremely wonderful! This was the first time I’ve gotten a facial and she the explained the process. She recommended what to get done before my wedding and was super accommodating. My skin felt so clean and left there glowing! One of Gigi’s colleagues also helped my husband with cleaning his pores and we left there both radiating. Would recommend to get a facial done here if you’re a future bride or looking to get a relaxing facial. Environment was super relaxing and felt unplugged from everything.

Quality skincare right in Hayward! Gigi is a wonderful listener and a thoughtful professional with years of experience and loads of valuable information. I am only sorry that I didn't find her sooner. I am very excited for the journey with her that has only just started. Please look at the photos, I rarely post photos of myself but these are incredible. 2 weeks before seeing her on the left and an hour after my first facial on the right. My lips especially are much improved. The nasal-labial fold less pronounced. My skin tone is much more even, pores are less congested and visibly smaller and the bounce in my skin is amazing. Zero discomfort through the whole process too!

Gigi is absolutely wonderful!!! She is a caring expert and it shows, even when she’s not saying anything at all and just working on you. I can feel her caring and compassionate energy coming through her hands, she has such a gentle touch. It’s obvious she is more than just great at what she does, she truly nurtures her clients. I feel completely comfortable in her hands - literally and figuratively - and I sincerely trust her. I’m so happy I found Gigi and her Spa, and will be working with her for years to come.
