Booked a haircut with Ivy and she was wonderful, the whole process was a good experience and she took her time so I was satisfied with my results. The only reason for one less star is their pricing, when I booked online initially it didn’t match up the higher cost(for long hair $120 at most according to booking, which my hair is only to my chest, as pictured) compared to the in-store pricing sign, so that part is slightly misleading. I would suggest the salon update their pricing range online and make it more clear so it doesn’t catch people off guard when seeing a higher price upon entering the salon. So when I got to the salon she told me the price upfront which is $150(not including tips), I was a little surprised but I only cut my hair once a year so I wanted to give this place a try

The pricing here is completely transparent, and they clearly explain the expected results and costs upfront—no hidden charges at all, which I really appreciate! I had previously dyed my hair by myself, and the color was very uneven. Sky patiently adjusted the shades again and again, communicating with me throughout the process and making sure we were on the same page. In the end, I finally got the exact color I wanted! The result is amazing and far beyond my expectations. Huge thanks to Sky for the professionalism and dedication. This is definitely my go-to salon from now on!

I scheduled an appointment with Sky and it was an amazing experience! I travelled from Vermont due to my hair type but the trip was 200% worth it. I showed Sky an idea of what I wanted and Sky talked me through what could’ve been done and how we can evolved it for the future. For the first time, I felt truly comfortable throughout the process. I never had a moment when I was unsure about the haircut. Sky was also so much fun to chat with! All that to say, highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A few weeks ago, I had gone to get a perm from another salon but hadn’t gotten a haircut and the perm had severely dried out my hair. I needed to do damage control with a trim and hair treatment with Lan. She took such good care of my hair with making sure to double check how I wanted it styled. She put a lot of attention to detail into it and told me about ways to take care of my hair better. It was exactly what I wanted - Lan truly saved my hair. I highly recommend Lan for all your hair styling needs!! (See the before and after photos below)

Was my first time and came as a walk in 1 hour before the salon closed, but Lan was so accommodating and friendly! I was looking for a trim, fixing my curtain bangs, and layers and I was very happy with the cut. Lan stayed an hour after the salon closed and she wasn’t rushing to finish. Lan is very careful with her cuts, and I was very satisfied with how the finished product looks, especially the layers. So wonderful and fair priced! I usually never frequent a salon but I am definitely a returning customer!
