I could spend all day writing about how much I LOVE my nails! They turned out really cute. I never had short nails before due to other nail salons saying my nail beds weren’t meant for short nails. This was my first time coming here, the atmosphere was very warming and everyone was so so so sweet!

I’ve had two good experiences here and was hopeful for a third. Went in with a cute, simple design and things quickly went downhill. I had long coffin nails, she asked if I wanted them cut down. I said, “only a little.” She then cut my nails done to fingertip square ones before I even knew what was happening. I had one nail that had came off/needed replaced. It was majorly crooked. The acrylic was so thick there was a dip between it and my skin/finger. She hit my pinky nail too hard with the drill & chipped the acrylic down to my real nail, exposing it. I kept speaking up and telling her the issues I was seeing, she would just tell me she wasn’t done and proceed doing the next step. I HIGHLY recommend Lauren! By far the best experience I had ever had. The massage was amazing and the pedicure even better! She’s so gently no cuts or pain, and she put the color on one of toes to make sure I liked the color. 10/10 try and book her at you next pedicure appointment!

Let me start by saying that I may get my nails done once a year at best as I work with my hands & they tend to get very dirty. With that said, if you want durable, long lasting beautiful artwork on your fingertips that lasts a long time, this is your place. Lemme tell ya...I got a full set on Halloween & no lie, I still have 9 of 10 holding on strong & thats only after taking half my fingernail with it after I tried prying the 1 off early (I do not recommend DIY taking them off early) 😁

Nail polish application was sloppy and drippy. I could do better myself. Asked to change the polish color after she painted one nail (didn’t like the color) and she was so moody and not careful after that.
