I'm new to the area, I've lived here for a year. Not knowing anyone, it was daunting about who I should go to get my hair cut. Shelly was very nice... welcoming me into the salon. Shelly put my mind to ease, and trimmed my hair exactly as we discussed. Thank you Shelly, I'll be back.

I want to give a Huge Shout out to RayAnn at Ponytail Palm. My wife visited with her yesterday for a complete hair coloring and cut. Not only did RayAnn give Professional Service but what an amazing job at a very affordable price. I highly recommend RayAnn to anyone. Got a haircut here about 2 weeks ago and still can't stop smiling! She knew exactly how to cut my curly hair to make it light and bouncy without going frizzy. I then took my 13 year old to get her hair permed and her hair looks amazing. I will be coming back from now on.

Debbie and Sherry do an excellent job on my hair every time! All the staff members are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to make u feel comfortable & give u a great experience! I always leave looking & feeling amazing!
