Sky Nails

I recently visited this salon for a pedicure and left disappointed—both with the service and with how my concern was handled by the owner, Jessica. During my service, the technician did not address my cuticles. At the end, I had to ask for them to be cleaned up, and she then did so on both big toes. When I brought this up to Jessica, she became defensive and said I would need to apologize if their cameras showed the cuticles had been done. I explained they were only addressed at the end because I asked, yet she continued to focus on getting an apology rather than resolving the issue. The interaction felt confrontational and dismissive, and it shifted the focus away from making the service right. Yeah sorry. I don’t mean to be a hater but these are genuinely the worst nails i’ve ever gotten. She cut a few of my nails way too short and kept doing weird stuff with the top coats of my nails and i specifically said no to getting another top coat because these nails are way too thick already and she did it anyway. I don’t know her name because there’s no name tags or anything but this was really terrible im sorry. Just wanted to spread the word about this.

I had the most amazing massage and gel pedicure! My manicurist did a beautiful job making my hands look pretty again Highly recommend!!

These ladies are AMAZING! So professional and yet made you feel like a friend. I scheduled my next appointment in advance to be certain I would get one. Thank you all SO much for making my day even more special.

Normally my experience is great here but unfortunately my last time here wasn’t the best. She didn’t file or do a clean cut on my cuticles or under my nails. I asked for her not to make my dip powder thick and she did just that. I also asked for almond shape and the mas my nail cricked and told me “that’s just your nail”. I was offended and disappointed because it never happened before. I hope for better if there’s a next time.
