Sky Nails And nsSpa

I was debating on leaving a review but a week later and I’m so upset with my nails. I got a normal gel manicure and it is probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had. They are bumpy and not smooth (my actual nails are smooth), she didn’t get to edges of ANY of my nails, and she painted all the way back to my cuticle so now that they’ve grown a bit they are sharp and my hair keeps getting stuck in them. I only gave 2 stars because they were very clean and quick to help me without an appointment.

My services was paid in advance for acrylic nails at Sky Nails. The owner “Van”, put acrylic on my nails. I got a file and showed her the shape I wanted however, she was offended and immediately got up and said, I have to go get my son from school! She left and told another nail tech to finish me but the tech had started on another client and wanted nothing to do with it. The owner got her purse to leave so I asked her for the money back. She rushed and put polish on lumpy acrylic without smoothing or shaping my nails. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied but she refused to completely satisfy me or refund because she had to get her son. I was understanding and left because I had a flight that night so after returning to her later when I got back to Portsmouth, she called me a liar an

I just received a fill in and a pedicure. The lady doing my fill in was more interested in her phone because my nails look like shit. This is why I normally go to Greenbrier mall

I was skeptical with all of the bad reviews, but my experience was great. I had acrylics removed, and a mani to cover up the damage, since I have weak nails. My nails barely ripped at all, which has not been my previous experience getting acrylics removed. Amy did a great job!! It was $45 to have the acrylics removed, and the gel mani, including fixing my cuticles and a massage. Overall, great experience!

I had such a wonderful time at Sky Nails and Spa. The salon is clean and inviting, and the staff is incredibly talented. Cindy and her mom did a fantastic job on my manicure design, and the pedi was amazing . They paid close attention to detail and made sure I was happy with every step. I will definitely be back!
