I had the best massage. Jei was my massage therapist. Not one complaint. She and Kathy are so down to earth and let it be known, no judgment zone at all. The ambience is amazing..an absolutely relaxing atmosphere, which included privacy for clothes changing, comfortable table with cover-up, soft music, low shaded lighting, sounds of waves splashing and very pleasant soft smell. The therapist worked on any specific targeted area if desired. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and I left feeling stress free, totally relaxed with improved leg mobility. It was worth every dollar. I am going to recommend it and will definitely return.

This was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. The pressure was perfect and every tense spot I had was worked out without me even having to point it out. I can’t say enough good things about Lotus Essential in Portsmouth. I went in with a lot of stiffness and pain in my neck, and Kathy worked wonders. She took the time to ask questions about my discomfort, then focused on the tension in my neck and shoulders with just the right amount of pressure. She explained what she was doing along the way, which made me feel comfortable and cared for. By the end of the session, I could actually turn my head without pain, and the relief was incredible. Ms. Kathy is not only skilled but also genuinely kind and attentive. She’s made a huge difference for me, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my medical massage needs.

Kathy is absolutely wonderful! Her therapeutic massages are truly the best.
