Never have I ever been charged extra to remove gel polish off my toes. No where in the facility does it have this listed. I did not have to “soak” off the toenail polish. Kelli did not listen to my wants on the length of nails. My daughter wanted a rainbow colors (1 color per toe) and they wanted to charge extra for that. Very disappointing for the services we encountered. They didn’t even have the toe separators and used paper towels, with the extra money they charge, they could afford them. 😂😂😂

Absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and the technicians are so talented. They helped me choose the right color and shape for my nails. I left feeling refreshed and beautiful. Will definitely come back!

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. My mom, sister, and I are regulars now and they know us by first name and what service we like. The update to the salon is beautiful and will be sticking around!

I always leave satisfied. The staff listens to what you want and offers helpful suggestions. My dip nails feel strong and look natural. Very consistent and professional.

The staff was kind and friendly, but I was quite disappointed with the quality of the nail service. There was excess product left around the cuticles, and the overall finish lacked smoothness and precision. While I appreciated the friendly attitude, the technical execution did not meet my expectations.
