Karina listened to my concerns and walked me through the whole process. When I would ask she didn’t hesitate to explain what she was doing and what it would do for my body. The environment was welcoming and calm. I’ve already made my follow up appointment!

Karina is always welcoming, caring and very professional. Her office is very inviting, calming and serene. I was always appreciative and skeptical about having massages due to my injuries and not being able to lay flat. She takes her time and listens to your concerns and issues, understands just what to do and helps you to stay relaxed and calm throughout your time with her. Karina helped me recover from my bilateral hip replacement surgeries. I found Vida Massage a few months after my last hip replacement 3 years ago.
