I don't typically have any issues with this store.Today I stopped by to buy a shampoo and conditioner set bc I needed to wash chlorine from the pool out of my hair. When I picked up the shampoo I noticed tape around the top. I thought nothing of it bc some businesses do this for added security. So tell me why when I took the tape off the whole cap fell off. It was completely broken with no way to reattach it. That's poor quality control. They should have just thrown it away and taken the loss. Whose to say when the cap broke that the shampoo didn't waste and they didn't replace the priduct with some random shampoo. The store is out of my way so I don't go often but I wish it was in my line of travel so I could return it. I'll just take the loss but that product should not have been on the
