When we moved to Grand Rapids a few years ago I looked at several places to have skin treatments. I had booked an appointment with Joelle and had some questions. She impressed me initially with how thorough she answered my questions, really making sure all of my concerns were addressed, and she was incredibly patient and kind in doing so.
