Skin Totale San Juan does and amazing job! I give them 5 stars. I came in on a promotion and purchased a package because that's how happy and amazed I was. I have been twice now and continue to be impressed. Easy to find spa located in the tjmax shopping center. Anisa did an amazing job very through! The spa is clean and modern. And the owner is kind, Thanks again everyone at Skin Totale Medspa I am one happy customer.

I was drawn to this establishment by an enticing online promotion. However, upon reviewing, the situation appears grim. There are numerous mixed reviews. I informed the receptionist that I was not particularly impressed by the reviews. She tried to attribute these reviews to another spa in Orange. Nevertheless, I chose to stay and ask about some alternative treatments. While I waited, I was offered a drink from their refrigerator. After I opened and consumed the bottle, I was made to feel guilty for taking someone else's drink. I felt terrible and explained that there was no label on it, offering my apologies. However, that was not the end of it; she continued to comment about their lack of a second fridge, going on and on. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountere

I got nothing done. I made an appointment. Received a phone call 1 hr before to confirm that I'd be there 10 min early. I drove 25 min to get there and made it with 5 min to spare..., yet nobody was there. I called 3 times and no answer. I still haven't received a call back and it's been almost an hour. They gave me directions, but no suite number. Good thing they didn't take my credit card when reserving. . Why pay for advertising if you can't own up to it. Bad customer service.

I got very excited about the $59 microneedling promotion for first-time clients, which they said was offered so they could take before-and-after photos. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. First, the service itself was poorly done. My face was not properly cleansed, and the treatment felt rushed and unprofessional. After the procedure, instead of aftercare instructions, I was taken into a separate room and subjected to very aggressive sales pressure. They tried to sell me extremely expensive treatments and products, including a facial cream priced close to $1,000, which felt completely unreasonable. Absolutely loved the place, the treatment and the staff. I will definitely be returning and using their products, including the red light therapy device. Thanks to Eli and Reem, I had a wonderful experience.
